Help with Showing meets your clients, lets them into the property, and answers questions about the property, if the answers have been disclosed on the MLS.

You schedule with us and we set it up with BrokerBay.
If the time is unavailable, we will work with you and your client to get a time that
works, if not, you will recieve a prompt refund.

Help with Showing will never advise your clients on how they should offer. There will never be any interference with your buyer/agent relationship.

Help with Showing will always have a seller’s disclosure available , if your client should choose to take it home with them.

For an extra fee, we will send you a short video walkthrough, highlighting the potential issues with the home and other client concerns..

You will receive a short synopsis of how the showing went, sent to your email, shortly after wrapping up.

Cancellation for a full refund, must be done 2 hours in advance.
A cancellation within 2 hours will result in a charge of half the price.
We will do our best to accommodate you and your client.

If they should be a no show (15 minute leeway) you will be charged full price.
